Tuesday, September 13 at 1:00pm at the Cashmere Public Library. Join Robert L. Bartlett in a conversation about the seldom told story of the first all-black "Airborne Infantry Firefighters." Mr. Bartlett is a Professor in the Department of Sociology and Justice Studies of Eastern Washington University.

The Cashmere Friends of the Library have a bookcase filled with gently used books for sale. Hardbacks sell for $1.00 and paperbacks for $.50.
Donations of new and gently used, clean, sellable books are gratefully accepted by the Friends of the Cashmere Library.
