STEM nights for adults!

Our STEM team is piloting an Adult STEM Night series in collaboration with breweries around the region!

The series utilizes many of the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) activities our libraries do with kids programs, but we also have some new technology we are testing as well.

Look for our STEM team at the following locations this fall — with hopefully more to come!

  • September 10, 5:30-7:30 at Wenatchee Valley Brewing in Pybus (Wenatchee), laser cutter coasters **
  • Sept. 17, 5-7 pm, Methow Valley Cider House (Winthrop), laser cutter coasters
  • Sept. 30: 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., Quincy Public Market, laser cutter coasters
  • Oct. 28: 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., Quincy Public Market (activity to be determined)
  • Oct. 30, 6-8 p.m., 509 Bierwerks (Wenatchee), glow-in-the-dark slime
  • Nov. 25: 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., Quincy Public Market, fall-theme tie dye
  • Dec. 18, 6-8 p.m., 509 Bierwerks (Wenatchee), Eggbot winter holiday ornaments
  • Dec. 30: 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., Quincy Public Market, aromatherapy rice bags
